inaugural Asia Pacific Spatial Innovation Conference & Technology Expo incorporating the annual Asia Pacific Spatial Excellence Awards Dinner 2008.
The Australian Spatial Information Business Association (ASIBA) and Spatial Sciences Institute (SSI) have joined forces to create a cutting edge program of speakers over two days and together are committed to ensuring a must-attend event for all Australian industries and organisations needing to address Spatial issues.
The combined two day Conference program will focus on Australia’s innovative developments in the spatial information industry. Focusing on environment, bio-security, the human dimension, water management, infrastructure and transport the APSIC 2008 conference will address innovative solutions for a spatially challenged nation and answer the question – Where the hell are we?
There is a spatial element in virtually every commercial or government activity. Spatial analysis is now an essential enterprise-wide business tool. APSIC 2008 will provide delegates with the opportunity to learn from the presenters how the adoption of spatial innovation has underpinned successful outcomes for their organisations.
